The On-We Network is an innovative image exchange solution structured to enhance the image processing capabilities and leverage the most significant clearing relationships of member financial institutions.

Regionally based OnWe Network Communities are offered and managed by a correspondent Community Host, serving as the clearing and settlement hub for its member institutions. OnWe Hosts may be bankers’ banks, correspondent banks and corporate credit unions, providing the opportunity to deepen existing settlement and investment relationships and attract new members with new or enhanced check clearing services.

The regional hub design of the OnWe Network provides member institutions with immediate value by providing lower cost clearing options for their significant clearing endpoints. Items cleared between members are exchanged automatically within the Network, and leveraging the geographical concentrations of trading partners results in a higher percentage of items clearing at lower cost within the Network as compared to other clearing options.

Return items and adjustments between OnWe members are also processed and settled electronically within the Network in a manner similar to forward presentment cash letters. To expand the reach and leverage the collective strength of OnWe Network members, the OnWe Network maintains additional connections to key regional and national image exchange services to provide additional options for “OnThem” items clearing outside of the Network. Called OnWe Network Supporters, these clearing partners are negotiated based on the combined volumes all OnWe communities resulting in more choices and better pricing for all member institutions
